Good day, sunshine!

On Wednesday it was in the 70s here! It was hard to believe after the terrible winter we've had that the sun would come again, but it did! So Cora and I lathered sunscreen all over our pasty white skin and took a walk to the park in our new neighborhood.

She loved it! She was much more interested in watching the girl next to her laugh and swing than her own personal swinging, but we enjoyed the sunshine. I can't wait for all of the fun summer activities in our future. We keep getting little tastes of warm weather;  a dip in the splash pool here, sinking our feet into the sandbox...etc, but I'm hoping that spring is finally here to stay! Because...well..you know, it's MAY and all.
